
刹车盘自动喷漆线是专为汽车刹车盘设计的自动化涂装设备系统,核心功能是在刹车盘表面喷涂耐高温、防腐蚀涂层(多为高温漆或陶瓷涂层),保障刹车盘在高频制动、高温工况下的防锈性能与结构稳定性。流水线主要由上料输送系统、表面预处理(除油、除锈)、自动喷漆模块、高温固化炉、冷却模块及下料系统构成,全程自动化运行。
工作时,刹车盘经上料系统精准定位输送至预处理工位,通过喷淋或喷砂去除表面油污与氧化皮;随后进入自动喷漆区,由多轴机械臂搭配专用喷枪,按预设程序喷涂涂料(膜厚可控,通常 30-80μm),确保涂层均匀覆盖刹车盘盘面及边缘;喷漆后刹车盘进入高温固化炉(温度 200-350℃,适配高温漆固化需求),经 15-30 分钟固化形成致密涂层;最后经冷却模块降温至室温,完成下料与外观检测。设备支持不同尺寸刹车盘快速换型,涂层附着力强、耐高温性优,能满足汽车刹车系统的安全标准,广泛应用于乘用车、商用车刹车盘批量涂装生产。
The Brake Disc Automatic Painting Line is an automated coating equipment system specially designed for automotive brake discs. Its core function is to spray a high-temperature resistant and corrosion-proof coating (mostly high-temperature paint or ceramic coating) on the brake disc surface, ensuring the rust-proof performance and structural stability of the brake disc under high-frequency braking and high-temperature working conditions. The production line mainly consists of a feeding and conveying system, surface pretreatment (degreasing, derusting), automatic painting module, high-temperature curing oven, cooling module and blanking system, with full automated operation.
During operation, brake discs are accurately positioned and transported to the pretreatment station by the feeding system, where surface oil and scale are removed by spraying or sandblasting; then they enter the automatic painting area, where multi-axis robotic arms with special spray guns spray paint according to preset programs (film thickness controllable, usually 30-80μm) to ensure uniform coating coverage on the brake disc surface and edges; after painting, the brake discs enter the high-temperature curing oven (temperature 200-350℃, suitable for high-temperature paint curing needs) and are cured for 15-30 minutes to form a dense coating; finally, they are cooled to room temperature by the cooling module, and blanking and appearance inspection are completed. The equipment supports quick changeover of brake discs of different sizes, with strong coating adhesion and excellent high-temperature resistance, which can meet the safety standards of automotive brake systems and is widely used in the mass coating production of passenger car and commercial vehicle brake discs.
