链条地轨自动喷涂线是工业领域实现工件批量、自动化喷涂的专用设备系统,核心由链条地轨输送系统、自动喷涂模块、烘干固化模块、废气处理模块及控制系统构成。其关键的链条地轨输送系统,通过地面铺设的轨道与链条传动结构,可带动工装夹具上的工件(如五金件、家具配件、汽车零部件等)匀速移动,实现 “输送 - 喷涂 - 烘干” 全流程自动化衔接,避免人工搬运导致的喷涂误差与效率损耗。

设备工作时,工件经上料区固定在工装夹具上,由链条地轨送至自动喷涂区:区内多组喷涂机械臂(或固定喷枪)按预设程序精准喷涂涂料(如油漆、粉末涂料),可根据工件形状、尺寸调整喷涂角度与涂料用量,确保涂层均匀覆盖;喷涂完成后,工件随链条地轨进入烘干固化区,通过热风循环或电加热实现涂层固化(温度可根据涂料类型调节至 60-200℃);同时,喷涂过程中产生的漆雾、废气由废气处理模块(如活性炭吸附、水幕净化)过滤净化,符合环保要求。

操作上,系统配备触摸屏控制系统,可预设输送速度、喷涂参数、烘干温度等,支持一键启动与故障自检;部分型号带工件识别功能,能自动匹配不同工件的喷涂程序,适配多品种工件柔性生产。设备自动化程度高,可减少 80% 以上人工干预,大幅提升喷涂效率与涂层一致性,广泛应用于五金制造、家具生产、汽车零部件加工、家电外壳喷涂等领域,兼顾量产需求与环保标准。

The Chain Rail Automatic Spraying Line is a specialized equipment system for batch and automatic spraying of workpieces in the industrial field, mainly composed of a chain rail conveying system, an automatic spraying module, a drying and curing module, a waste gas treatment module and a control system. Its key chain rail conveying system, through the ground-laid rails and chain transmission structure, can drive the workpieces (such as hardware, furniture accessories, auto parts, etc.) on the tooling fixtures to move at a constant speed, realizing the automatic connection of the whole process of "conveying-spraying-drying" and avoiding spraying errors and efficiency loss caused by manual handling.

During operation, workpieces are fixed on tooling fixtures in the feeding area and transported to the automatic spraying area by the chain rail: multiple sets of spraying robots (or fixed spray guns) in the area spray coatings (such as paint, powder coating) accurately according to preset programs. The spraying angle and coating dosage can be adjusted according to the shape and size of the workpiece to ensure uniform coating coverage; after spraying, the workpieces are transported to the drying and curing area along with the chain rail, and the coating is cured by hot air circulation or electric heating (the temperature can be adjusted to 60-200℃ according to the type of coating); at the same time, the paint mist and waste gas generated during the spraying process are filtered and purified by the waste gas treatment module (such as activated carbon adsorption, water curtain purification), meeting environmental protection requirements.

In terms of operation, the system is equipped with a touch screen control system, which can preset conveying speed, spraying parameters, drying temperature, etc., and supports one-key start and fault self-inspection; some models have a workpiece recognition function, which can automatically match the spraying programs of different workpieces, adapting to the flexible production of multi-variety workpieces. With high automation, the equipment can reduce more than 80% of manual intervention, significantly improving spraying efficiency and coating consistency. It is widely used in hardware manufacturing, furniture production, auto parts processing, home appliance shell spraying and other fields, meeting both mass production needs and environmental protection standards.
