The Steel Plate Shot Blasting & Painting Pre-treatment Production Line is a key equipment system before steel plate processing, mainly used to improve the surface quality and corrosion resistance of steel plates. According to the process, the production line sequentially completes procedures such as steel plate conveying, shot blasting derusting (removing surface rust, scale and impurities by high-speed steel shot spraying), surface cleaning, painting (spraying anti-rust primer or protective paint), and paint film drying.
