设备工作时,物料经特氟龙网带匀速送入隧道腔体,腔内通过热风循环(部分搭配电加热或燃气加热)实现 50-200℃精准控温,可根据物料特性调整网带速度与烘干温度,确保水分均匀去除且不破坏物料性能。隧道式结构支持 24 小时连续作业,配合多段分区温控设计,能针对物料烘干的预热、恒干、冷却等不同阶段精准调节温度,提升烘干效率;腔体采用保温材质,减少热量损耗,降低能耗。

The Teflon Mesh Belt Tunnel Drying Line is a specialized continuous drying equipment designed for heat-sensitive and sticky materials in the industrial field, mainly composed of a tunnel-type airtight chamber, a Teflon mesh belt conveying system, a heating system and an intelligent temperature control module. Its key component, the Teflon mesh belt, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (long-term temperature resistance from -70℃ to 260℃), non-stick, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent materials from sticking and being damaged during transportation and drying. It is especially suitable for materials that are easy to stick or deform at high temperatures, such as coated workpieces, food raw materials and films.

During operation, materials are evenly conveyed into the tunnel chamber via the Teflon mesh belt. The chamber achieves precise temperature control of 50-200℃ through hot air circulation (some equipped with electric heating or gas heating). The mesh belt speed and drying temperature can be adjusted according to material characteristics to ensure uniform moisture removal without damaging material performance. The tunnel structure supports 24-hour continuous operation, and combined with multi-section zoning temperature control design, it can accurately adjust the temperature for different stages of material drying (preheating, constant drying, cooling), improving drying efficiency; the chamber is made of thermal insulation materials to reduce heat loss and energy consumption.

In terms of operation, the equipment is equipped with a digital temperature controller and a mesh belt speed adjustment knob for intuitive parameter setting. Some models are equipped with an automatic deviation correction device to prevent mesh belt deviation from affecting operation; it also has safety functions such as over-temperature alarm and emergency stop to ensure stable operation.
