其隧道式结构支持 24 小时连续作业,配合多段分区温控设计,可针对物料不同加工阶段精准调节温度,避免局部过热或处理不充分;炉体采用耐高温保温材料,减少热量损耗,降低能耗。设备操作界面简洁,可预设温度、输送速度等参数,部分型号配备故障报警与自动停机功能,保障运行安全。广泛应用于五金涂装、食品加工(如饼干、坚果烘烤)、陶瓷烧制、电子元件固化等领域,兼顾高效性与加工多样性。



The Tunnel Drying Oven is a specialized industrial equipment with both drying and high-temperature baking functions, mainly composed of a tunnel-type airtight oven body, a high-temperature-resistant conveying system, a heating system and an intelligent temperature control module. During operation, materials to be processed (such as metal-coated workpieces, food baking raw materials, ceramic green bodies, etc.) enter the oven body at a constant speed via a high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt (mostly made of stainless steel or Teflon). The oven achieves a wide temperature range of 50-350℃ through electric heating tubes, gas burners or hot air circulation devices (temperatures for baking scenarios are mostly 150-350℃, and 50-120℃ for drying scenarios), which can not only quickly remove moisture from materials, but also meet high-temperature baking needs such as coating curing, food cooking and material shaping.

Its tunnel-type structure supports 24-hour continuous operation, and combined with multi-section zoning temperature control design, it can accurately adjust the temperature according to different processing stages of materials, avoiding local overheating or insufficient processing. The oven body is made of high-temperature-resistant thermal insulation materials to reduce heat loss and energy consumption. The equipment has a simple operation interface, allowing preset parameters such as temperature and conveying speed; some models are equipped with fault alarm and automatic shutdown functions to ensure operational safety. It is widely used in hardware coating, food processing (such as biscuit and nut baking), ceramic firing, electronic component curing and other fields, combining efficiency and processing diversity.
