笔记本电脑外壳自动喷漆线是针对笔记本外壳(多为铝合金、ABS/PC 塑料材质)表面精细化涂装设计的自动化生产线,广泛应用于消费电子终端产品制造领域,核心满足外壳的美观性(高光泽 / 哑光效果)、防刮性与耐候性需求。该生产线主要由上料定位单元(采用真空吸附式夹具,避免外壳表面压伤)、前处理单元(塑料外壳:除油→静电除尘;铝合金外壳:除油→钝化→喷砂(可选,提升手感))、喷漆单元(多采用机器人静电喷涂 + 窄幅喷枪,适配外壳复杂曲面与边角)、流平固化单元(先常温流平 10-15 分钟,再低温固化(塑料外壳 60-80℃,铝合金外壳 120-150℃))及检测下料单元(含光泽度检测、膜厚检测与瑕疵视觉识别模块)组成,可实现外壳从毛坯到成品涂装的无接触自动化作业。

其核心工艺特点为:喷漆单元搭载 6 轴喷涂机器人,定位精度达 ±0.1mm,可精准控制涂料喷涂轨迹,避免外壳边角积漆;针对塑料外壳耐热性差的特点,采用低温固化涂料与分段控温固化,防止外壳变形;前处理阶段增加离子风除尘环节,确保外壳表面无粉尘颗粒(避免涂层出现针孔)。相比人工喷漆,该生产线涂层厚度均匀性误差≤2μm,良品率提升至 98% 以上,且能稳定满足笔记本外壳的耐刮性(硬度≥2H)、耐酒精擦拭(500 次无掉色)及耐湿热(40℃、90% 湿度下放置 1000 小时无异常)等性能标准。



The Laptop Shell Automatic Painting Line is an automated production line designed for the precision coating of laptop shells (mostly aluminum alloy, ABS/PC plastic materials), widely used in the consumer electronics terminal product manufacturing field. It mainly meets the shell's requirements for aesthetics (high-gloss/matte effect), scratch resistance and weather resistance. This production line mainly consists of a feeding and positioning unit (using a vacuum adsorption fixture to avoid pressure damage on the shell surface), a pre-treatment unit (plastic shell: degreasing → electrostatic dust removal; aluminum alloy shell: degreasing → passivation → sandblasting (optional, to improve hand feel)), a painting unit (mostly adopting robotic electrostatic spraying + narrow-width spray guns, suitable for complex curved surfaces and edges of the shell), a leveling and curing unit (first normal-temperature leveling for 10-15 minutes, then low-temperature curing (60-80℃ for plastic shells, 120-150℃ for aluminum alloy shells)) and an inspection and unloading unit (equipped with glossiness detection, film thickness detection and defect visual recognition modules). It can realize contactless automated operation of the shell from blank to finished product coating.

Its core process features are as follows: the painting unit is equipped with a 6-axis spraying robot with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm, which can accurately control the coating spraying trajectory and avoid paint accumulation on the shell edges; in view of the poor heat resistance of plastic shells, low-temperature curing coatings and segmented temperature-controlled curing are adopted to prevent shell deformation; an ion wind dust removal link is added in the pre-treatment stage to ensure no dust particles on the shell surface (avoiding pinholes in the coating). Compared with manual painting, the uniformity error of the coating thickness of this production line is ≤2μm, the yield rate is increased to more than 98%, and it can stably meet the performance standards of laptop shells such as scratch resistance (hardness ≥2H), alcohol wipe resistance (no discoloration after 500 wipes) and damp-heat resistance (no abnormality after being placed at 40℃ and 90% humidity for 1000 hours).
