The Centralized Powder Supply Center for Powder Spray Line is the core powder supply hub of the powder spray production line. It is mainly responsible for centralized storage, precise distribution and stable transportation of powder coatings, providing continuous and uniform powder raw materials for multiple spraying stations (such as manual spray booths and automatic spray robots) in the entire production line.

In terms of structure, this center usually includes a powder storage tank (equipped with a level monitoring and dust-proof device), a negative pressure conveying system (composed of a vacuum pump and conveying pipelines to avoid powder blockage), a powder distribution valve (which can adjust the powder supply volume of each station as needed) and a control system (which monitors the powder supply pressure and flow in real time to ensure stable parameters). Its working process is as follows: the powder coating is first stored in the storage tank, then transported to the distribution valve through the negative pressure conveying system, and then the distribution valve accurately distributes the powder to the powder supply barrels of each spraying station, realizing automatic control throughout the process.

The core advantages of this equipment are: first, it improves the stability of powder supply, avoids coating color difference caused by the difference in powder concentration between stations during decentralized powder supply, and ensures the consistency of product quality; second, it improves the powder utilization rate by centrally recovering the residual powder during transportation and reducing waste; third, it optimizes production management. Through centralized control, the powder supply parameters can be adjusted in real time, and it is convenient to uniformly switch powder types to adapt to the spraying needs of multi-variety workpieces.
