手动喷粉房是手动粉末喷涂生产线的核心作业空间,主要供操作人员手持喷枪对工件进行粉末喷涂,同时具备粉末收集、环境防护的功能,是保障喷粉作业效率与作业环境安全的关键设备。
从结构来看,手动喷粉房通常采用封闭或半封闭设计,核心组成包括:作业腔体(提供独立喷粉空间,避免粉末外溢)、初级粉末回收装置(如滤网、简易旋风回收组件,收集喷涂中未附着的多余粉末)、通风排风系统(维持腔内微负压,引导含粉气流流向回收装置,减少粉尘扩散)、照明与操作平台(确保操作人员视野清晰,方便工件摆放与喷涂操作)。
其工作特点在于依赖人工操作,灵活性高 —— 操作人员可根据工件形状、尺寸调整喷枪角度与喷涂力度,适配异形件、小批量多品种工件的喷涂需求。同时,设备结构相对简单,前期投入成本较低,维护便捷(日常仅需清理回收装置、检查排风系统即可)。不过,受人工操作影响,喷涂效率略低于自动喷粉房,更适合中小批量生产场景,如五金配件、小型机械零件、定制化金属制品等的粉末喷涂。
The Manual Powder Spray Booth is the core operation space of the manual powder coating production line. It is mainly used for operators to hold spray guns and perform powder spraying on workpieces. At the same time, it has the functions of powder collection and environmental protection, and is a key equipment to ensure the efficiency of powder spraying operation and the safety of the operation environment.
In terms of structure, the manual powder spray booth usually adopts a closed or semi-closed design, and its core components include: an operation cavity (providing an independent powder spraying space to prevent powder overflow), a primary powder recovery device (such as a filter screen, a simple cyclone recovery component, which collects excess powder not attached during spraying), a ventilation and exhaust system (maintaining a slight negative pressure in the cavity, guiding the powder-laden air flow to the recovery device, and reducing dust diffusion), and lighting and operation platforms (ensuring clear vision for operators and facilitating workpiece placement and spraying operations).
Its working feature lies in relying on manual operation, with high flexibility - operators can adjust the spray gun angle and spraying force according to the shape and size of the workpiece, adapting to the spraying needs of special-shaped parts, small-batch and multi-variety workpieces. At the same time, the equipment structure is relatively simple, with low initial investment cost and convenient maintenance (daily maintenance only requires cleaning the recovery device and checking the exhaust system). However, affected by manual operation, the spraying efficiency is slightly lower than that of the automatic powder spray booth, and it is more suitable for small and medium-batch production scenarios, such as powder spraying of hardware accessories, small mechanical parts, and customized metal products.
