The PVC Copper Busbar Dipping Line is an automatic coating equipment specially used for PVC insulation treatment on the surface of copper busbars. Its core function is to form a uniform and dense PVC insulation layer on the surface of copper busbars through the dipping process, which plays the role of insulation, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, ensuring the safety and stability of copper busbars in power transmission or electrical connection.
The typical working process of this equipment is divided into five links: first, pre-treatment (removing oil stains and oxide layers on the surface of copper busbars through degreasing and derusting processes to ensure the adhesion of PVC coating); second, preheating (heating the pre-treated copper busbars to an appropriate temperature to improve the bonding effect between PVC material and copper busbars); then, dipping (the copper busbars are evenly immersed in the PVC coating solution at a constant speed through an automatic conveying device, so that the surface is evenly covered with the coating solution); next, curing and shaping (the dipped copper busbars enter the curing oven, and the PVC coating solution is cured into a film by heating at a specific temperature); finally, cooling and cutting (the cured copper busbars are cooled to room temperature, and then cut to the specified length according to requirements to complete the processing).

Automatic dipping can accurately control the concentration of coating solution, dipping speed and curing parameters, ensuring that the PVC coating thickness of each copper busbar is uniform (error usually ≤ 0.1mm) without bubbles and missing coating; second, high production efficiency. It can realize continuous transportation and processing of copper busbars, and a single production line can process hundreds of copper busbars per hour; third, good environmental protection. The equipment is equipped with a coating solution recovery system, which can recycle the unused PVC coating solution, reduce raw material waste, and at the same time, the waste gas in the curing link is discharged up to the standard after treatment.
